Do players need to download an app?

No. Players scan a QR code and the scoring page opens in their phone's browser. No download, no account.

How many players can join a game?

There's no limit. Everyone in your group can join the same game from their own phones for free.

What happens if I lose signal during a round?

Scores are saved in real time. If signal drops briefly, scores sync back automatically when the connection returns.

Can I use MiniGolfHQ without a course subscription?

Yes! Players can always start a game for free. Course subscriptions add features like branded QR codes and Google review prompts.

How do I cancel my course subscription?

You can cancel anytime — no contracts. Contact us at the email above and we'll take care of it immediately.

My QR code isn't working. What do I do?

Make sure the QR code is printed clearly and links to your correct course page. If it still doesn't work, email us and we'll generate a new one.

How do I access my course dashboard?

Visit the dashboard page and enter the email you used during signup. We'll show your course details, QR code, and subscription status.
